This was my 2nd trip to Fire...embassy suites is under renovation, so this is the perfect, closest choice...its AWESOME!

Had a NY Strip and a couple of bourbons, Joe the bartender is excellent. Steaks were great. Will definitely be back soon!

We ate dinner here twice during our stay at the hotel next door. The service the first time was very good: the server carefully explained our options and answered our questions. She pointed out I could order a half salad to go with my entree which I hadn't noticed. The menu isn't extensive but their offerings are interesting combinations, elegantly presented. The salmon dinner on a bed of quinoa mixed with vegetables was quite a generous portion! When we returned, we split the salmon dinner and ordered a side of brussels sprouts. We also shared a GIANT slice of lemon cake. I heard the bisque was quite good as well. Not particularly cheap but a pleasant experience.

The kitchen obviosuly does not KNOW how to cook on regular basis, theres NO consistey at all, Not worth the money to eat there if they do not know how to broil seafood , season fishes etc.

Service was extrememly slow!

Went for date day, we shared different items so we could try a few different things. The caprese salad and cod were delicious. Asparagus was a little bland. Service was not so great and there were only 2 other tables besides us.

This was our first time at this restaurant. It was very busy. Nice atmosphere. Food was excellent...we got the spinach artichoke dip. It was delicious!!! And then we had sea bass and grouper. We both loved our meals. But service was very slow. Would recommend. Dress was casual to dressy.
