We stumbled on this by accident and we were very pleasantly surprised, very quaint, clean and fun to see how they served their speciality and try out the barbecue ribs sandwich! It was nice to have such a great meal at the end of the long travel day, wow, great in every way!

This is such a wonderful museum, with informative and caring staff members! It's free to visit the museum and they have a wonderful little store filled with homemade products from Kansas! This is a don't miss if you are visiting Salina. Goof for all ages. Lots of interactive exhibits with fun and engaging displays and facts!

Learn about the history and geology of the area. Enter a full size replica of the first dugout home. The Curiosity Shop, the interactive children's area, has a wall size Lite Brite, a tornado simulator, a pin ball machine with a dust bowl theme, a computer with the ability to record and play back your own radio show, and MUCH more. Kansas centered items are sold in the gift shop.
