We have just returned from our 2 night stay at primrose cottage
Karen was there to greet us & show us around the cute cottage and introduced us to
There very friendly animals even the delightful sheep
Everything was perfect for us even got to try out the wood burner
The cottage is warm ,cosy and very clean the double bed is very comfortable ideal
For 2 people
Plenty of fresh clean towels provided in the bathroom
A Well equipped kitchen with welcome pack & fresh milk thank you Karen,
There isn't anything that has been forgotten here even left a torch & umbrella but thankfully we didn't need as the weather was kind to us.
Lots of information to help you get around beautiful Norfolk.
The cottage is very reasonable priced and the correspondence with Chris when booking is perfect, it is very central for touring all of Norfolk as we did
We had 2 lovely meals at The Cheques pub , would recommend it
a real country pub, friendly and attentive staff the food is excellent a lot home made the steak & kidney pudding is worth a try !!!!!! But be warned it's BIG

Well a big thank you Karen & Chris
Keep up the good work you do
Would recommend
And we hope to return xx

We thoroughly enjoyed the nights we stayed in this beautiful cottage. The owners were very hospitable and assisted in every way they could.

It is situated in close proximately to the town centre and the scenic Wroxham Broads. The cottage is set on the owner's land which is also home to their friendly pets. Take a wander round the plentiful garden or hire a boat for the day. The property is cozy and very quiet.

The positive reviews are a testament to the amazing time the property has to offer. We couldn't have asked for more and three nights felt too short.

“Relaxing little retreat”

We booked the cottage for a quiet few days away in the country with our dogs. Quite a good size for a cottage, although the kitchen is small it is fully equipped. Clean and cozy with a log burner fire (we didn't need it in August!), TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi. Good size bathroom and plenty of hot water, although water pressure a little low. Comfy bed. Nice to have an enclosed little garden area for our dogs with table/chairs, also soft reclining chairs. We were greeted by the owners and shown around. Received a welcome basket with tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits, milk and even some treats for our dogs!! There was also a welcome booklet with info on areas to visit or eat out. There is a local pub about 15 mins walk away. Enjoyable stay and will return!!

We booked this cottage for a short stopover before going on to the Norfolk Broads and couldn't have wished for a nicer place to stay or more pleasant surroundings. Ideally located for those wishing to visit the many delightful broads villages, the lovely Norfolk coast, or the historic city of Norwich. Clean, cozy, comfortable and well equipped. Attentive hosts without being intrusive. A real little gem!
