Th eafternoon tea served here was really delicious and the service was also great -very friendly and helpful. The location is a village hall but beautifully fitted out with chandeliers, linen on the tables and lots of locally made crafts items display and for sale. Thoroughly recommended!

This is my fourth visit to the Tea Room and my fourth time of being very impressed and satisfied. The sandwiches are so fresh, the scones are warm and full of fruit and the cakes, macarons and tarts are delicious. I love all the little craft stalls round the room selling scarves, jewellery, cards etc. What a pleasant way to spend an afternoon.

This is a good place for our family afternoon teas. The staff are really nice and friendly. They have little stalls around the room selling local crafts. The last time we went the scones were warm but this time they were really cold - as if they had come straight out of the fridge. They have home made cakes under glass domes which you can purchase to take home but they cakes they serve for the afternoon tea are not home made - they are shop bought. We asked if one had nuts in and the lady said she would look on the packet. Despite this the teas are all loose leaf and the selection is wonderful - I always choose Oolong with lemon slices.

Once you walk through the door it’s like you’ve stepped back in time, beautiful bone china and table cloths. Loved the individual tea pots with loose leaf tea and individual strainers so everyone could have their tea at their preferred strength. Great selection of sandwiches and the scones were really light.
