We like the variety of Chinese and American buffet choices at a reasonable price. This is a favorite choice for going out for dinner.

I have not ate chefs kitchen's breakfast buffet or off their menu but their buffet is generally the same. The buffet has Chinese food, American food, soups, salad bar, dessert bar and soft serve ice cream machine. I love their fried okra and their green beans! Best Chinese buffet in town.

The food is terrific. If you're in the mood for American and Chinese than this is the place to be. Don't come around 2-4 pm though. The place may be open all day but the food isn't that great because they don't cook up enough during these hours.

Maybe we were disappointed when we realized that the exterior decor and name of the restaurant (Chef's Kitchen) didn't even hint at the fact that it was a Chinese buffet. We ate there, anyway, and regretted it.
If they had a separate menu - we never saw it. I think they assumed everyone who walks through the door wants the buffet. The food was limp and overcooked, like it had been simmering in the steam pans for quite some time. There were mostly chicken dishes, with just two beef dishes - and no seafood options.
It was difficult to get the server's attention to get drink refills or to remove our dirty plates. The restaurant seemed grimy and dingy. There are better Chinese options within a mile of Chef's Kitchen, so going forward, we're just going to the OTHER Chinese buffet nearby.
