Only stayed for one night but was very enjoyable and would definitely stay again. The lobby area is open and unique with the waterfall. The check in staff was very friendly. When we got up to our room, which had a great view overlooking the river, we couldn't find the TV remote. We told housekeeping (a few doors down) and within minutes the maintenance staff was at the door. We found the remote, it fell behind the bed. But it was great to have someone at the door so quickly. The room was very clean and spacious (King room). The bed was also very comfortable. We absolutely loved the location to all the restaurants and bars in the downtown area, they were all within walking distance. We will be back!!

We stayed two nights while in town with friends. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff seemed unmotivated and disinterested in customer service. This lack of customer service extends to the housekeeping staff as well. After the first night of my stay, I was walking through the hallway and overheard the Housekeeping Supervisor tell the housekeepers to enter a room that had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on it. In my 20+ years of staying in hotels, the “Do Not Disturb” sign is the universal sign for housekeeping to not enter. However, this particular supervisor tells the housekeepers that the “Do Not Disturb” only applies if a guest is in the room. The room happened to belong to one of our friends, so I ask if they were referring to that particular room #. When they said yes, I explained that he does not want his room cleaned. However, my husband and I did not place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door because we wanted our room cleaned. We left for the day and upon our return were surprised to see that housekeeping never came to our room at all! I walked the hallway and managed to find a housekeeper to get a few essentials. As I walked away, I heard another guest approach the same housekeeper and began to complain that their room was not cleaned that day either. The room itself was large, the bed was comfortable and we had a great view of the river. We like to sleep with room a little cold but couldn’t get the room to cool down even though the thermostat showed 65 degrees. I would have given this hotel 4 stars but the lack of customer service had a real effect on our experience.

Helpful friendly staff, good location with many places of interest within walking distance. Would not hesitate to return for future stay. The purpose of this trip was to attend a reunion of old military colleagues, and it was agreat location
