Pros: fridge worked; coffee maker worked; one housekeeping attendant was decent
Cons: Wyndham should be ashamed: told no charge for local phone or safe on phone, turned out to be no safe at all, had to carry all personal items; desk clerk on duty sullen and apparently unconscious, after walking two miles, me, a senior, checked in stating I had walked, clerk as for car license and registration; phone for business calls did not work, laundry discovered on last day not listed as a facility; dirty hallway; broken glass near pool; annoying guest pounding on wall all night, complained but not change; lost a week's sleep. In plain view of clerk when it could be seen I was having trouble with the one PC, did not offer to help, and I could go on.
Result: Seniors, just pay the $100 to Holiday or Hampton; the AARP just isn't worth it.More
