“A little piece of heaven on earth”
Reviewed 27 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

We have had the most amazing week, thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your fabulous barn, there are not enough words to do it justice, it has been simply, incredible. It truly is a little piece of heaven on earth. We are wildlife lovers and photographers and have captured some truly amazing photos, even managing to capture a family of wild boar, although we only managed to capture the one adult and a baby before the others scarpered, but to see them was such a privilege.

We arrived in the dark owing to flight delay and food desperately needed, to be greeted by the most amazing sound around us and a million little flashing lights ..... fireflys. This was just mesmerising, what a welcome. Exhausted however we went straight to bed, only to wake up in the morning, open the shutters and be met by the most stunning, breathtaking view.

The barn itself is just spectacular, so beautifully renovated, comfortable, homely with everything you could possibly need. As soon as you see the view you are captivated, and to sit out by the beautiful pool, looking out at that view, everything else just melts away, your heart has been captured.

It is a stunning area, friendly people, roads take some getting used to but we felt like locals by the end of the week! The owner, Buzz, is a lovely lady to deal with, as is Anna who looks after the property for her.

Thank you so so much again, it was truly what we hoped it would be, and more, and hope to return one day.
