We could not have asked for a better stay. The hotel was beautiful, but the staff is what made our stay memorable. Every single person went out of their way to take our stay to the next level. Every single one of them was very friendly and knowledgeable. We received an upgraded room and many other perks that we weren't expecting. The location is perfect if you are wanting to walk around the city (we took the city bikes almost everywhere). We will definitely stay at Omni again next year!

Stayed her in the past with no problem. Second time around didn't fair so well. Got a room with a noisy air conditioner (maybe a bad compressor). Complained to mgmt. who in turn said they adjusted the HVAC sound barrier to adjust the noise which turned our to be an hilarious assumption as the noise continued. Two nights no sleep and still no room change. Surprising that a hotel of this caliber has this kind of issue and a management team that can't resolve the issue. Maybe I just got the "bad" room, but even then, the management team offered to move me but due to bad communication, didn't know what room they had reassigned me to upon my return in the afternoon. Tired of the runaround, it was just easier to buy a pair of ear plugs which somewhat helped. Shame on Omni!

Room Tip: Check the rooms air conditioner noise level ahead of time.

The Omni Hotel in Indianapolis- my overall hotel experience was truly remarkable. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and inviting they are truly customer service focused. The rooms are clean and truly comfortable. The check-in experience is expedient and efficient. I usually stay at another brand hotel but I will stay at the Omni when I am in Indianapolis. The hotel provided more quality for the room rate in which I paid. Superior Service

I love that the rooms get really cool! When me and my co worker stayed it was very hot out. and we slept so good! Everyone was so friendly! All smiles! And i love the fact there were so many great restaurants in just walking distance. If we ever go back, we will definitely be staying there!

The lobby of the Omni Severin looks like it's out of a history book...it's classically glamorous. Beautiful.

The service throughout our stay was impeccable - the front desk and valet teams don't miss a beat. They recognize you EVERY time you walk by and are beyond helpful.

The rooms are small, older, and nothing really special - NOT ENOUGH HOOKS in the bathrooms! Also, there was construction noise ALL night long during the week, which wasn't conducive to a great night of sleep!

Make sure to join Omni's loyalty program if you plan on staying - you won't be disappointed.
