“Great!”

On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina
Ranked #434 of 2,561 Restaurants in Indianapolis
Cuisines: Mexican
Description: Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. Everything pairs nicely with a grande margarita, and of course, enjoy the always endless chips and salsa.

my brother and I went here. We had fajitas. They brought us chicken when we ordered steak, but they fixed it, and the steak was amazing! Our waiter and bus boy were great. I had a margarita. It was delicious. We would go again

went here for the first time last weekend. Chips and salsa were good. We ordered queso to go with it and it was on the runny side. Good flavor but seemed watered down. I ordered cheese enchiladas which just tasted like rubber. Hardly any flavor. Also seemed a bit pricey for what we ordered. Probably would not go back.

I used to go here quite a bit when they opened 10+ years ago. It has gone downhill since then. The food (all you can eat enchiladas) was subpar and it took a long time to get our food, regardless of the fact that half the restaurant was empty. Our server was painful. We had to ask for things repeatedly and she would disappear for 15 minutes at a time. With all the options for places to eat in the Castleton area, do not pick this one. Now I know why it was half empty when you used to have to wait 45+ minutes for a table and good food. Skip it!!

... and too salty. Pluses - nice server, $2 draft Coors Light special, salsa with chips very fresh and spicy, and short turn around after order. Food itself, as I said.

Our favorite Mexican restaurant. Great service. Drink specials through the week are really good deals. We go there at least once a week.
