Was in Indy for a concert, we stopped by before and after. It is the oldest bar in Indiana & it is pretty impressive. The size of the place is surprising. After the concert, we stopped by to catch the live music; very entertaining. Folks that work there are very nice & welcoming. The only confusing part was all of the Blues Brothers stuff all over the place; bartender mentioned to us that all members (minus Belushi) performed at the location. It would have been cool to see pictures of those guys. Strongly recommend, especially for a Chicago boy! No cover during the day, but there is a cover charge to see the live music

We were in town for comic con for our teens but we wanted to have fun too! This claims to be the oldest bar in Indiana...the blues band Biscuit Miller and the mix was playing. Perfect entertainment. Nachos with beef and bacon had lots of cheese and hit the spot like hot pizza.

Stayed at a hotel hotel downtown so we all had to visit the Slippery Noodle. Took a cab there with friends from the Sheraton and it was only $5. It was a Saturday night and I think the fee at the door was $7 per person. It was a great band playing in the back and there was also acoustic players playing in the front. Not overly crowded like a lot of the other bars! We all got a seat there was nine of us and we had a great night out

Traveled to Indy for a weekend getaway with a friend. We stopped by the Slippery Noodle on Friday and had the time of our life. The Jeff Jenson Band was in town and they were amazing too. We had so much fun, we went back on Saturday and had even more fun! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were the best....Thanks!

Service here can be a bit on the slow side, but once you order, food comes fast. Prices are good and there’s a wide variety of food. Nice, historic place to grab lunch in downtown.
