Stayed at a hotel hotel downtown so we all had to visit the Slippery Noodle. Took a cab there with friends from the Sheraton and it was only $5. It was a Saturday night and I think the fee at the door was $7 per person. It was a great band playing in the back and there was also acoustic players playing in the front. Not overly crowded like a lot of the other bars! We all got a seat there was nine of us and we had a great night out

Traveled to Indy for a weekend getaway with a friend. We stopped by the Slippery Noodle on Friday and had the time of our life. The Jeff Jenson Band was in town and they were amazing too. We had so much fun, we went back on Saturday and had even more fun! From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were the best....Thanks!

Service here can be a bit on the slow side, but once you order, food comes fast. Prices are good and there’s a wide variety of food. Nice, historic place to grab lunch in downtown.

This place is famous for being Indy’s oldest bar and worth a visit if you are in town and a fan of blues music. It’s proximity to Lucas Oil stadium means that it is busy on game days, but during the week it’s usually pretty easy to get a table. Food is ok, with lots to choose from.
