Had a fantastic time at Walwa Riverside Caravan Park these past couple of days. The area is highly suitable for all manner of campers and ages. Plenty of flat grassy space to pitch a tent and lovely big shady trees to keep you cool in the afternoon. The river is great with safe areas for little kids to have a paddle and for the bigger ones to venture out for a proper swim. The amenities are kept very clean and the managers are extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

We booked a powered site. Fantastic hosts from the start. Nothing too much trouble and all care taken in the park to make it feel like home and clean and comfortable. Even after an extremely windy day previously, they where busy cleaning up and making everything pristine as could be in the "Victorian Autumn" . Lovely comfortable relaxed stay and will certainly be back again ASAP. Thanks Kev and Heidi.

3 mates and I stayed in 2 cabins from Monday to Friday to clock up a few miles in our kayaks. Caravan park excellent. Cabins nestled in the shady poplar trees, beside the river. Cabins were very comfortable, 100% clean and looked after. Staff excellent. BBQ 100% clean. River was gorgeous with safe access. Coffee at the general store in town ! This park is now on our rotation of beaut places to stay for our paddling trips. Stunning and highly recommended!

Pleasant Saturday Night stop on the Murray river at this park. $30 powered site, Very clean & neat setup for the amenities block, BBQ to use. nicely treed ( english ) no gumtrees to drop on your camp. Pleasant hosts. Worthwhile stop to camp. Cabins available, not a large park but very nice. will visit again.

This lovely little park on the upper Murray is not a five star resort, but the Owners treat you like 5 star guests. The amenities block was kept very clean on what would be one of the busiest weekends they get! The river access is great and yet kept reasonably safe with fencing and gates along the parks edge. (this is a big river so keep an eye on your kids) Lots of shade over the campsites and your not jammed in next to each other. The whole vibe of the park is good and this is developed by Heidi and Kev, And yes you can take your doggies, just keep them leashed and clean up after them. So if your looking for a quiet time to chill and catch an old man cod, put this joint on your travel planner.
