This is up stairs and down stairs accomadation. Large room with a King bed, tea and coffee making facilities and toaster. Continental breakfast included. Plenty of hot water with great pressure. Floor of the shower very sloped.Very noisy at the weekend.
Stayed here one night, The stand-outs for us however were the very welcoming and accommodating staff at both the reception and in the restaurant, and the truly excellent.
Room was slightly high priced and we stayed in the 4 beds in a room. Spacious enough but not fully clean. Room was comfortable enough and we slept well here.
we booked 2 nights at the keysborough hotel through wotif. i thought automatically great its a hotel we got a room with a king bed and a single as we have a 2 year old and we set up a portocot for my 10 month old.
the rooms were dark and dirty with mould in the shower. nothing like the photos online. it was a motel not a hotel. the hotel was right next door which meant the motel backed onto the beer garden and smoking area of the pub. it was so noisy we did not sleep. there was no indication we were in a motel or that it would be noisy. we only stayed the one night as it was too disgusting to stay for the second night. absolutely terrible.
Unfortunately I did not look at the customer rating before booking a motel room at the Keysborough Motel. Had I done so I would probably have noticed the less positive reviews...and not booked this motel at all. I have been in many hotels and motels in my life and this is by far the worst. A run-down pokies place with motel rooms that are dirty, they stink (smells like an 86-year old giving birth to a potato), the 'breakfast' is...don't know cannot come up with any appropriate words what it resembled. Fortunately the guard at the pokies place let us know we could play until 5am. Great idea on a business trip. Springs in the bed broken, God knows what acts have been performed on that bed after a successful pokies run. Anyway, it is my own fault for booking this dump (at $120 per night it is not the cheapest dump either!) but just want to warn anyone else for it, unless you fancy being in a place that is probably the model place for any motel room horror movie.
we arrived at boxing day and the most hotels was booked.
This Hotel close a big casino is the money worth .
Not beautiful but cheap
funny breakfast for europeans but it is included in the room price
WIFI for free and good connection
I had forgotten my jacket , and i could pick it up 10 days after checking out
