“Connect with PEACE, tranquility and recharge”

We so enjoyed our relaxed stay tucked in at the farmhouse, down a beautiful fern lined lane (I'm sure the elves live in that part); soothed by the mill stream passing the back of the house. Glorious window in the kitchen filled with ferns, campion and foxgloves - made me reconnect with the green. Everyone we met were so friendly and welcoming, and the farm was very well equipped, in a relaxed way. I loved the geranium soap that smelt heavenly and view from the bathroom window too. We grilled over an open fire in the garden and watched the sun sink over the smokey hills in the distance. Thank you Oshi and your fabulous friends. Bee, Jan, Jens and Megan

“Can't wait to revisit”

We have recently returned from the most wonderful week at Felindyrch in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Oshi, the owner, has developed a lovely rural idyll with the delightful quirky accommodation and the land around. We were very warmly welcomed and nothing was too much trouble for either Oshi or Sam the Shepherd who was around daily for any help or advice if needed.

Our dog Bertie, a Welsh Springer Spaniel absolutely loved the enclosed front garden, the fields and the local river, swimming in it almost daily! The cottage is homely, spacious and very well equipped with plenty of facilities and would be warm inside if we needed it. As it was the weather was perfect all week with brilliant sunshine from dawn to dusk. The garden took the afternoon and evening sun making it brilliant for barbecues and al fresco meals after a busy day.

Oshi has 3 properties with our one being in the middle. On one side was a beautiful large studio for 2 people with an old water mill. Our neighbours and Collie dog were so friendly. On the other side was a larger cottage with 4 bedrooms and slept 10 people and a dog. Again we felt like one big family. For a large party you could book two or even all three properties! There was plenty of parking available plus a children’s play area.

There was so much to do in the area with many dog friendly beaches, country walks and places to visit. Our family visited Folly Farm near Narberth and the Teddy Bear Workshop in Haverfordwest. We highly recommend Poppit Sands near Cardigan and Broad Haven near Haverfordwest for dog friendly sandy beaches. If you like crabbing go to Fishguard Harbour. Tenby of course was another favourite sandy beach and homely town to visit and Narbeth had a wonderful variety of shops.

We only spent a week there so only scratched the surface of what the area has to offer. We will definitely be making a return at some time in the not too distant future.

Liked best: We arrived early and were allowed access straight away - a very laid back approach.
Liked least: There were a few midges around.

Wonderful Welsh Retreat. Rayburn warmed up the cottage on arrival, logs/firelighters/matches for the fire pit -we just added the fish and marshmallows. Kids had fab time while we relaxed, They played in river, on the trampoline and swings, went off on an adventure with the local farm boys and planted flowers with Oshi, who was very kind and generous. Wonderful Stay. No phone signal--perfect.

“Lovely New Year break”

We visited the cottage for a New Year break with two of our closest friends after our Christmas wedding. The cottage was perfect for our purposes. A lovely kitchen to cook in nice bedrooms and a cosy lounge with wood burner. We visited several towns in the area, which were lovely, but equally there were plenty of walks nearby to satisfy our very energetic dog! Mainly we played board games in the evenings, ate & drank in the cottage, it was lovely and just what the doctor ordered. Oshi & Dan were both lovely as well and very welcoming!

Such a peaceful, quirky cottage. Homely. Enjoyed by elderly parents, teenage daughter, her friend, my husband, myself and Molly our dog. Good location for exploring West Wales/Pembrokeshire. Would definately recommend and hope to return.
