We stayed in the hotel's junior suite for 3 nights in late September. The room itself was very large and extremely well furnished with a nice layout, it had everything we could want. The view of the port and whole bay is exceptional from this room, as you have windows on 2 sides as well as an enormous balcony - we thought it was well worth the extra cost. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and efficient and breakfast generally good. They do make fresh omelettes on request and would be nice if the other egg options (fried, scrambled) could be ordered too, as they are never the same left on a buffet for a while.Nice pool area, with plenty of shade available, along with a good bar selling reasonably priced food and drinksWe have stayed in Port Soller many times and this was our second visit to the Aimia. In our opinion definitely the best hotel in the resort - however because of this it is quite often full, so we have had to stay elsewhere! No hesitation in recommending.

Room tip: All rooms are of a very good standard, however the junior suite was exceptional

This hotel is simply excellent. From our arrival until our departure. Everything was perfect. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room cleaning was immaculate. The breakfast deliciously sumptuous. The room was spacious, very comfortable beds, excellent bathroom and roomy balcony. Just one street back from the front the location is perfect. Our room had mountain views which were spect ulnar. They would
have been even better from a higher floor. The outside area was well furnished and comfortable with sofas, chairs and sunbeds. The bar also serves snacks all day and into the evening. Service there can be a little slow.

We did have a leak through the ceiling of our bathroom late one afternoon. There were no maintenance staff or housekeeping on site. I understand why taking the size of the hotel into account but wonder how the matter would have been dealt with if the leak had not stopped.

However, we would wholeheartedly recommend The Aimia. Top class and a wonderfully restful place to stay.

We loved this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and in a good situation. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The breakfasts were great. We didn't have any other meals in the hotel as it was so convenient to visit different restaurants in the resort. My only, very minor, critisism was that the sunbeds weren't very comfortable if you wanted to sit up.We would definitely come to the Aimia for another holiday.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, best stay of our 3 hotels in Majorca. Short walk from the bus stop - the comfortable no. 211 bus from Palma only cost 2.9 euros each for around 40min journey.
Good welcome - we booked a standard room but were given the choice of viewing an upgrade which we took - worth it for larger room with good sized balcony. Room clean, large bed, safe and mini bar, bathroom with shower and bath.
Tea/coffee making and water in the room would have been a good addition, but small shop close by met our needs.
Reception guy good at helping us with the walk route to Soller, walked there and took bus back. Tram is available too but slower and seemed full.
Good relaxing pool area with plenty of beds during our stay. Pool bar for drinks (at fair prices!) and ice creams. Pool was cool but took a swim in the smaller, warm spa pool. Gym on site too.
Enjoyed breakfast - a good choice - hot and cold buffet including eggs (great fresh omelette guy) bacon etc fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice.
Lots of restaurants by the beach/harbour within 5 mins walk. Can get pedalos and boat trips too. Various walking routes from the hotel. Porto Soller and this hotel proved a great choice for us. Would recommend.
