On Argyle Street there are a number of Vietnamese restaurant choices, and this is a good one. Nice variety on the menu, the Goi Cuan was tasty (and, unusually, you have a choice of vegetable-only filling, or a mixture of pork and shrimp). The Pho had a good flavor, and nice variety of meats - some including bone pieces (not an accident - prepared that way). I continue to feel that the best pho in Chicago is at Pho Xe Lua, which is about a block away from Miss Saigon, but this is certainly also a good choice for a range of Vietnamese dishes.
