Have stayed here before.....was a fair price for large clean room; decent sleep. This time, not so... multiple stains on carpet in this room. Second night- a Friday- had loud obnoxious "guests"smoking and carrying on in the early part oft he evening doors wide open-until about 11pm. Thought they finally called it a night ......but no; once the bars closed, here comes round two :drunken yelling, cursing from about 2 AM until after 3 pm. Took long while for motel management to " police it"....Finally after several guests tried to " reason" with the drunken ones " it's after 3 AM", it got quiet. Was tempted to call the police;thankfully, didn't have to waste their time. If you can't have peace and quiet, $65.00 is too much for a room.....especially if it's a room with a door to an adjoining room, with loud drunken neighbors......paper thin walls/ doors only emphasize the problem. So, guess it's "pot luck" here....maybe including cannibus .........! Like I said, disappointing, for sure

The Plaza!
This place is a scream! That's what you'll do when you're in the shower and someone in another unit turns on the cold water or hot water. I came to the quick realization that this was the only place in town. The rooms are dated, the handle on the shower was cracked, there were a couple holes in the shower wall, cabinet door in the bathroom was peeling, the sheets we're like sand paper with a thread count of like 12. But it was clean! It was cool on a hot night. There's no interstate close by. It's a quiet town. No one wandering around in the parking lot at all hours of the night. We felt safe. Had good direct tv. Half the price of Logan Hotels. We were attending a family reunion in a near by campground and I would stay here again over sleeping in a camp tent and using a pit toilet.

....but completely worth a visit. The Plaza is a well maintained 50s/60s era motel. Nothing fancy, but it satisfies my 3 criteria for overnighting on motorcycle trips: 1) I can park directly ouside my room. 2) It is spotlessly clean. 3) Comfortable beds and bedding. A good selection of restaurants is within easy walking distance. Sold!

We've stayed here several times and it's always great! The staff is friendly, the rooms are spotless, and you won't find a better price for the quality you'll get here. They have a nice lawn area with a picnic table. Loved the choice of pillows on the beds, everything was so comfortable!

I was nervous about staying in a little motel and considered driving on to a bigger city but so glad I didn't. The bathrooms are updated and super clean. The fridge and coffee maker were a welcome surprise, not to mention the free wifi and friendly staff. This spot is a little antique western gem.
