Like most service industries, you get what you pay for. And if you tip decently, you'll get outstanding service. I had the same server every time and they remembered my preferences. They were very pleasant, and the food was quite good. It's a little pricey, but that comes with a hotel restaurant. The variety is also fairly good, too. The seafood is nothing to write home about, but there are other alternatives in town if that's what you want.
