The hotel is not modern at all. It has conserved its traditional Charme and atmosphere. The Interieur is old but well polished and the installation is well maintained. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, for Italian Standard it is superb.
The way to the beach is a few minutes with an own compartment. Access to Venezia is bis vaporetto and bus - all together 20 -30 min plus 3 minutes footwalk. We have stayed already two years ago and can recommend the hotel.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. When we arrived and went to our room it was in the 90’s and the ac did. It work. We asked about it and got a rude response . Finally asked for a fan and they reluctantly gave us one . First night no fan and no sleep. Could not open window bectof bugs and mosquitoes.
One very nice waitress in the restaurant. The rest were riide.
This was a very disappointing hotel for our tour. Breakfast was not anything to write about . Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very good coffee, decent cheese but truly awful cheap, sugared fruit juice and mediocre bread at breakfast (sorry but I really do not want sugary pastries or cakes). This hotel is in a bit of a 1970s time-warp (all furniture "unique" and old, some rooms don't have numbers ...) which some may like, but they need to upgrade bathroom fittings (keep the bidet though) and provide adequate modern electrical outlets (so you don't have to deal with those ancient 3-pins-in-a-row sockets and unplug lamps and TV to charge your devices). At this fairly up-market price, you would also expect to find usable shampoo in the bathroom, not a one-third-full bottle of watered-down "body wash". The Wi-Fi is fast enough but antiquated and annoying because you have to get a different access code and password for every device and go through a re-connection procedure several times a day. On the last night, I became aware that I could easily hear people in other rooms.

Room Tip: Some rooms have quite nice balconies overlooking garden.

Dear customer,
our hotel is an ancient Residence, sometimes it is difficult to have all the comforts of a standard hotel but you can certainly enjoy other ... unique features.
Regarding the breakfast, the bread is fresh from the bakery and the juices are of good quality, we regret that you did not like it.
The soaps for the bathrooms are organic and natural and come from the "Garden of the Angels of Venice".
We hope to see you soon to enjoy our hotel as it really deserves,
best regards
Hotel Quattro Fontane

This is a special and fine hotel just by the congress center at Lido. Easy but slow access from Marco Polo airport by waterferry ( blue or red line, almost an hour). Bus, taxi or walk 1.7 km from ferry to hotel. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings .
The room was special way up on the top by an outside stair. Cosy and clean but I bumped my head in the ceiling numerous times due to the special design of my room.
Good breakfast and kitchen.
For 10 Euros I rented a bike so I came around much of Lido in the beautiful sunset. Gym was down the road for 9 Euros. The staff of this 4 star hotel was very friendly and check out time? I could decide myself.
I stayed 4 nights in relation to a congress and spent one afternoon in the central Venice. Again easy access by ferry.
