I should have known that this hotel was not appropriate when people were working on their car in the parking lot . The room was dirty beyond description. The smoke detector was detached from the wall and therefore unsafe. The linens and pillows were beyond their useful life. Do not ever stay here. The only reason we did was the proximity to Road Atlanta.

My husband and I show up for our reservation to an uncleaned room. The sheets and bedding were used and not even tucked in. The sink was covered in someone else’s hair. The floor had dead bugs on it and had not been swept. When we contacted the front desk about the state of the room, we were told there were no other rooms and we would have to contact the manager to request a refund. I contacted the manager and requested a refund, and no one ever reached back out to me. I was not expecting a 5-star hotel, I was only expecting a clean room for the night. In addition to the room being dirty, the parking lot was full of cops and loiterers after dark. The atmosphere did not feel safe. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone ever. I would give it zero stars.

WE had to come back to Ga after our accident to empty our motorhome which was totalled and the insurance co. had moved it to Winder so this was the only hotel that didn't have too low a rating. Ha!! I'm going to change that right now. We checked in and I pointed out to the lady behind the desk that the sheets were all stained and we need another pillow. She came in and said "they are not dirty just stained" totally unacceptable!! Men were outside our room till 4.00 AM talking and shouting, we had driven 10 hours from Florida and needed our rest. We went to breakfast and it said there were pancakes offered..Lady behind desk said they didn't have any and this was 7.50 am!! ...Never ever again. Then we find out from people that live in the area this hotel is a dump! We couldn't even take a bath as the bathtub was disgraceful and all the fixtures were rusted, the front door looked like someone had beaten on it with a hammer.

Room tip: stay away!

Run as fast as you can away from this hotel. Went tonight because the website and every other site I checked said pet friendly and will charge up to $25 for medium size dogs on one site and $15 on another. I checked in, dog was outside with me. It was 9 ish almost 10 when we checked in, so it was on the side and not the lobby. I gave $100 deposit which nothing states that is a policy anywhere and paid for room. Walked right up the stairs in front of the lady and she could clearly see my dog. Didn’t say a word. Walked in room sat everything down and went out of room to go eat. She screams at me no dogs allowed. I said well it clearly states in your website directly, it’s pet friendly and so does google when you ask it. She stated the website was updated 2 years ago about the pet policy. But at the bottom of website it says 2023. Then she told me to call the third party. Which I did, while I was standing there to ask for a refund and she stated she would give my deposit back but changed her story when the officer arrived. As I’m calling it’s ringing in the office. She answers and realize it’s me, when I said you must be the third party. She hung up on me, as I’m watching her. She then proceeds to call the police on me, because I questioned their own website and email. Argued with me it was not her, that answered, when I called. When officers arrived they questioned me on what happened , then she proceeded to tell them they would charge me an additional $150 on top of the room price,deposit and for my dog being there. All we did was walk in. She told the officer I needed to call the third party and she told him it was in my email, which clearly is the hotel. The officer said “ so she called you just now and I rang the phone again and he was wondering why she went about it the way. So here I am stuck in a city and can’t afford another hotel room due to the charges she charged. I will be writing a post every week about this company and whatever I must do to help make sure your hotel is not full. I love how incredibly childish the hotel staff was. It’s s not cute either to make faces at a grown adult behind cops back. . We are not children. I hope that this review helps someone make a better decision and not stay at this poor managed, ran down hotel. If your policy is no pets. You need to go online and change your direct website. Also, trip advisor also states your pet friendly. Even if you google just the hotel it’s self, it pops up as well.

Room tip: Don’t get a room from here.

Worse motel I’ve ever stayed in, we were there last year in November, not a 5 star but acceptable, this time was unbelievable, first night $99.00, second night $199.00 , ceiling over the tub was water damaged and solid black with mold, light blanket on bed had Hugh holes in it, chair beside bed was filthy, microwave didn’t work, no coffee pot. As I checked in I was informed they were adding $100.00 deposit fee, in case we smoked in the room, I told her we didn’t smoke and that I was not informed of added charges when I made the reservation, there was nothing to reflect these charges on any of my confrontations, she said they would inspect the room when we checked out and would not run it on the credit card if it was cleared, otherwise if smoke was detected it would require a deep cleaning and we would have to pay for it, well the room needed a deep cleaning and it had nothing to do with smoking, when we checked out I had them check the room, nothing was wrong so the deposit would be refunded to my CC in 7 - 10 business days, I has the clerk write on my receipt that there would be no charge and the 100.00 would be credited back but they still are using my money for 7 - 10 days, when we went out at night the smell on the outside from smoke and weed was very strong. It’s not a place that I would ever go again, I even had the front desk clerk come down when we first went in, it smelled like mildew, he offered to bring Lysol down and wipe it down but never came back…. I advise people to stay away

WHAT A DUMP. AC didn't cool and the TV kept freezing. Then I got to listen to traffic roar by all night. Then I entered the wrong date for my next visit and they wouldn't let me cancel 3 weeks in advance. WHAT A DUMP AND A RIP OFF
