We stopped in to grab a bit to eat. First the only take cash but there is an ATM in the restaurant. We ordered fried chicken sandwiches I had fries with mine and the hubby has baked beans the only thing that was ok to eat was the canned baked beans. The chicken on our sandwiches was just gross and my fries we not really done I would not recommend this palace to anyone .

Arrived just at the cut off for breakfast. They were short staffed and very busy. They had an 8/9 year old girl helping wait tables. Took forever to get menus, drinks, and silverware. Once we actually ordered food came quickly but even though we had waited so long for what we thought would be good "home" cooking, it was cafeteria style food that was sloppily put together.

Who could ask for more than they offer on their meat and three menu? Turkey and dressing was delicious, as was everything we put in our mouths. Plus, the surprise taste of Coca-cola cake was tops. Plan to eat there and then go hike nearby Cloudland Canyon Waterfalls Trail!

The place is homey, nothing special but they serve a great breakfast at a good price. There is more than enough food and the service was fast and friendly.

Very good home-style cooking for entire family. I was pleased with my meal, but would probably opt for roast beef next time. The turkey was a little tough. Very affordable, but make sure to bring cash. No credit cards accepted.
