What a great place to stay. I have just returned from a coach tour to Hampton Count Flower Show, where we stayed overnight at this hotel. The Room was well appointed and clean with an excellent shower. The service we received was above reproachent and the portarage helpful after a longish journey from Devon. The evening meal was above expectation, as usually package deals seem to present second class meals, but not so in this case. The meal was well presented and with friendly efficiency in a relaxed atmosphere. A really satisfying experience. Breakfast was also varied and hot where necessary. Overall an enjoyable experience, I highly recommnend it.

Room tip: even numbered rooms have a lovely river frontage and on the opposite side of the corridor, sunset can be enjoyed.

I stayed here as part of a wedding group back in 2014 and it was a fantastic stay. The hotel had everything we possibly could have needed. The staff were all polite and highly professional. The breakfast was extraordinarily delicious. A help yourself breakfast is always wonderful.

A pleasant weekend spent here in a clean room. Staff friendly and efficient. Bar food good and a wide selection of food provided at breakfast. Our dog had two bowls and a towel provided for her use. It's nice to find a dog friendly hotel.

The accommodation was satisfactory, the service and food was not. We were a party of 10 on business. After a long day, we decided to meet in the restaurant and have a meal together. On arrival we were told that we had to eat in the Bar this was at 7pm! We all ordered together but, our food arrived at different times, some taking half an hour longer! The quality of the food when it arrived looked as if it had been purchased in ASDA. and poorly cooked.

Room tip: If you are feeling hungry, leave the hotel and find somewhere local

stayed here before as dog friendly, this time on my own though. great room upgrade to executive, sadly spoilt by a function with thumping bass keeping me awake, Breakfast was good with hot tasty food & good selection, shame you have to even fetch your own coffee now !
nice grounds & good parking
