My Family and I travelled 9 hours only to show up to our reservation being cancelled and no room. I called to explain traffic was backed up and we would be arriving late. The hotel employee confirmed our rooms would be available however when we arrived we were told to wait for the Manager who would be arriving in the next hot and a half. After waiting outside the hotel with our children we were then told we would have to pay an extra cost for early check in because we didn’t have a reservation. (After they were the ones who cancelled it). The young lady at the desk had no remorse or concern and never acknowledged the hotels mishap! I would not recommend Brick Lodge Atlanta/Norcross.
Save yourself time, headache and money and go to any other hotel but this one.More
