My husband called a week ahead of time and fold them we would be in on 3-6 and at that time he asked if they was pet friendly which they said yes. When we got there a guy came out with papers for us to ck in with in them morning. Attached to these papers were 47/rules Of the park. Oh I forgot to mention it was 830 @ night when we finally got to the park. Here's a FEW rules and that stood out. We are pet friendly but absolutely no pit bulls. No more then 2 vehicles including motorcycles. And men must have shirt on at all time when outside their rig.... Well guess what I have 3 vehicles counting our bike, we have a pit bull and the shirt thing is OK because it's to cold at this point not to wear one. If my dog would have been mixed she would have been OK but she's not OK being full blooded. Needless to say we went 8 more miles to another. Campground with a few less rules.

This was a sad experience for us. This camper had made a long-term (2 month) reservation and our long-term rental agreement does include quite a few rules. Unfortunately, our insurance company does not allow us to host a short list of dogs deemed dangerous by their metrics. Pit bulls are top on the list and in fact are completely illegal in many cities across the U.S. We DO love pets here and provide a fenced in area for dogs to play as well as lovely grounds to walk them around. This family never mentioned they had a pit bull and that is certainly unfortunate. They also didn't mention they had a camper, pulled by a truck, with another truck and trailer hauling a motorcycle. We will try to do better to clarify rules with long-term campers in the future. It was also unfortunate that the family arrived so late at night. Our manager offered to comp them a site for the night so they could find somewhere else to stay in the morning, however they declined her offer. Again, we feel badly about this series of misunderstandings, but we do have to hold true to our rules - especially for our long-term campers - as we strive to provide a pleasant camping experience for all of our overnight guests as well.

We needed an overnight stop northbound from Florida off I-75 on 01/15/2016. I read the positive reviews on Twin Oaks RV Park and decided to give it a shot. There is nothing at this exit except for Twin Oaks on the east side and a convenience store with gas and diesel on the west side of 75. That was all we needed. The RV park is easily accessible, the level, FHU sites are pull thru and 50 amp. The bathrooms are secure and exceptionally clean. The park is fine for walking your pets. The staff in the office was helpful and polite (from Michigan). There is a Good Sam discount. We also stopped at the park on our way back south. I called on our way and said we wouldn't arrive until about 7 pm. The person I spoke to in the office remembered me and said the same site was available and to get with her in the morning to settle up. We have found what will be our regular stop in the future when heading out of Florida and returning. They also sell propane at the RV park. (As others stated you can hear traffic but it was not an issue for us) Also there is strong Wi-Fi in the park.

We stayed at this RV park 2 times while on vacation and recommend this facility to others. The employees are so helpful and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The sites are level and have easy access. The park is quiet even when full and well maintained. We would stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights. This is a RV park with 73 sites. Our site was a pull-through. A bit close one to the other with gravel and grass level sites. The washrooms and showers are clean and you have room to change when taking a shower. Washer and dryer $2.00 and clean. Large TV in lounge. WiFi very good. No cable. Noise all night from I-75. Cash with Passport America $20.00 per night. Dog friendly. We would stay here again. We camped at Twin Oaks RV Park & Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Tips for other Campers:
About 30 minutes from closest city for shopping, restaurant, Kroger, Lowe's and Walmart stores.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, Lise. We do offer a nice tv lounge for our guests with a big screen full satellite tv, leather sofas, a lending library and a piano to play. We have a pool and hot tub also! We can accommodate big rigs and have no PA restrictions except that it's limited for 2 nights and is not honored during big events like the Georgia National Fair and the FMCA Rally. We are 7 miles south of the south entrance to the fairgrounds and 9 miles south of the main exit to the Walmart, Kroger, and restaurants of Perry, GA. There is also a fabulous southern restaurant called the Carriage House, one mile west of us on GA-26 that offers a nice, southern meal on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Our guests are really enjoying their evenings there.

This is the second time we have stayed at this RV park. It is clean. The sites are very level. Most are pull throughs. The staff is very accommodating. The restrooms are spotless. Although this park is only 2/10 of a mile off I75 you cannot hear the traffic from the interstate. We definitely will stop here again on our travels.
