We had a large party of about 20, for which we had made a reservation well ahead of time. Our reservation was 5:00, early on a week night. There was only one server for our big group. She appeared to be new and was totally overwhelmed by our group. When about 5 in our group still had not received their entrees well over an hour later our complaints were voiced and a manager arrived. She was quite young and could offer no explanation but said the food would be out soon. Some in our party chose to cancel their orders and others waited close to another hour. Food was standard fare for this chain. The server and manager were nice and friendly but clearly were not trained properly to handle their jobs.
