Was flying out of the Atlanta airport looking for a reasonable place to stay for a few hours. This hotel was in close proximity to the airport and offered a good rate. The room I received was clean and neat. The rest of the hotel looks like it might need some maintenance. Would stay there again given the room that I had this time.

Me and my wife stayed here for 3 nights while we took our vacation in Atlanta. The place is old and needs a bit of work but for the price we paid, we got everything and more. The room was clean and had a microwave and fridge.

The overall room was clean (meaning, clean sheets and clean surfaces) and there were no bugs. There is ample storage for your clothes and a useful desk area. Plenty of sockets to charge up your electronics and free wifi. Ample hot water, good heat and plenty of cable channels. My room was very quiet - didn't hear my neighbors at all. All corridors of the property is well lit at night.

Terrible food options in the immediate area, so be prepared to walk far or take a cab or order delivery.

The reason why I can't give more stars is b/c 1) the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it never gets cleaned. The shower walls were stained yellow, the shower floor was brown and the door and door jamb were covered in a dirty film. The floors and shower baseboard were streaked with grime. 2) The comforter on the bed had small, circular brown stains on it. 3) the water drains extremely slow, making for a disgusting shower experience. you'll be standing in the all the soapy grime until the tub drains...which takes forever.

Though I'll admit that as other reviewers have stated this property isn't in the best neighborhood and it's also true it's a bit worn around the edges but we didn't necessarily feel in danger at anytime.
We needed only one night to get some rest before continuing onwards and this Econo Lodge was right off the highway so it served its' purpose.
Our room was large and the bed comfortable, and though the room was clean enough the shower curtain in the bathroom did have some unsightly mold.
The rate was inexpensive and location was what we needed so we had no major complaints, this property would be a lot better option if they just spiffed it up a bit!

This hotel should not be apart of Choice Hotels as the parking & parking is not good pot holes and some deep swells. The stairs are steel and very dangerous if wet at all you better hold on to the rail or you will fall. If there is any rain & lighting you will get fried. The whole place is full with cigarette butts and people keep their doors open at night and you can hear all kinds of noise in the middle of the night. The room well that is a major issue as it is like they never clean them 1st the carpet smells 2nd the bathroom is the worst thing to see as the bath tub hasn't been clean in months there was black scum all over it and the shower curtain had blood and mole all over it and the shower curtain pole was broken as it was being held up by 1 screw. The WiFi is a joke it won't stay on for no longer than 5 minutes so couldn't do any work.

Room tip: Good Tip to choose a room Stay away from this hotel
