Description: Food culture is very important to the kitchen at Le Vigne Restaurant, more specifically, local food culture. We believe that food and the sharing of food builds community, especially if the food and wine that is shared is rooted within the community. That is why we not only produce wine that is grown in our own back yard, but we also grow a lot of our vegetables on the property. What we don’t produce ourselves, we strive to find within or nearby our community. We want to be able to provide our customers with local, sustainable foods as well as provide the local artisans and farmers with an outlet for their hard work. At the beautiful Le Vigne Restaurant, situated high above the vineyards, guests will discover a dedication to honoring the flavors of our region throughout each of the four seasons in a menu that changes regularly to reflect the best of what is available.

Went here with my family when they visited from out of town. Was really impressed by the building, which is large Italian style with nice design touches inside. Very popular brunch spot with beautiful views from the dining room and the upstairs open terrace.
Wines were good, but it’s the most expensive tasting menu in the area and the appetizers as well. Still it’s a can’t miss stop on any north Georgia wine tour

We just returned from a wonderful experience at Montaluce Winery. We enjoyed the amazing selections from Chef Matson paired with delicious wines by master Craig! Best prepared oysters we have ever had! What a wonderful treat. My husband’s Valentines surprise scored big time this year! Thank you all at Montaluce for a wonderful, special evening!

We found Montaluce by accident and it was quite a pleasant surprise. The grounds are beautiful and the winery and restaurant are very classy. We felt very welcomed and comfortable. The menu had fresh selections that were truly delicious. You could easily tell the chef team takes pride in their work and that they use the freshest ingredients. Our server, Gary, helped us navigate the menu of food and wines. We had a truly exceptional experience and will be back next time we come up from Atlanta!

The lovely Hannah led our group of 10 on the wine tour and tasting. Obviously, she loves her job and the Tuscan inspired Montaluce. We enjoyed the variety of wines we tasted, with one of our favorites being Dolce. The chef prepared an amazing dinner, and we could not get enough of the desserts, especially the pecan pie. Our evening with friends spent at the Montaluce Winery and Restaurant will always be a fond memory.
