We stayed 3 nights in this hotel while visiting the islands. Great location and not far from many places to see and go. Bed was super soft and comfy. Room was clean (did have a musty smell the entire time, but we just used our own air freshener). Hotel staff were always nice and friendly. With Covid still being an issue, no breakfast, pool or work our room open. They did have coffee every morning though. Lobby area, elevator and hallways were all very clean and tidy!

Good hotel. Nice room. Pool area. I would give it more stars if the breakfast area hadn't been depleted. We tried twice. No luck. Now at McDonald's around the corner. Good cookies. USA today. A few books.
Cleanliness D, Breakfast D, Atmosphere D, and it’s very dated. Find another place if possible. I question the positive reviews. Do not stay for breakfast. There’s a Panera across the street. It’s not easy finding a good place around here but there are many to choose from. The area is good but this place is not.
This has been my stay over hotel on annual trip to FL. One of the reasons is that the adjacent Holiday Inn had a great restaurant I could walk to but the owner died recently and the facility is closed. Anyway, a few issues at the Comfort Suites.
Note to Management:
Tread Mill in fitness room is very noisy and why do guests need to go to front desk to get the start button in order to use the machine? Shower walls had a lot of soap scum (#112)...obviously not cleaned. Clock in room had a one hour time difference.
Front desk clerks could be a little friendlier. Breakfast was okay.Still a very nice hotel and not to be confused with other Comfort suites in Brunswick which has bad reviews.
i came to Brunswick for business regularly and I have had experience with hotels which aren't worth two cents. this hotel has Friendly staff, reasonable rates, and it's not run down. I have no complaints about this hotel.
The women at the front desk and management Were rude and unhelpful. They rented us a room and then made us leave or call the authorities because of our 10 lb. emotional Sunday dog Old rundown facility high priced. Lack luster snacks for late arrival.
