Into thin ayer cabin in Blue ridge Ga. was like taking a test expecting to get an A, ending up with a C -. Lets start with the good points as the experience was not all bad; the cabin location was great close enough to attractions but still had that secluded feel, to be honest it was the small things that took away from the thrill of this Vacation. The cabin seemed to need a more thorough cleaning especially being pet friendly(lotsa dog hair) the appliances; microwave arcs due to exposure around door, had to replace batteries in remotes, toaster did not work, small hot water capacity, dvd player runs hot then will not play. overall a C - is a passing grade but after all a vacation is just that; a vacation from things like mentioned above
We stayed for the week of Thanksgiving at this beautiful cabin and had a wonderful time. The cabin is so comfortable and peaceful. We were all tired from school and work and needed a tranquil week to rest and revive ourselves. We were so happy to be able to bring our dogs with us as well as they are part of the family as well.
We loved the location of the cabin and the proximity to downtown Blue Ridge. There were plenty of activities nearby if you needed a little time out for the day. I didn't want to leave at the end of the week and wish we could have stayed longer. We would love to come back and stay at this cabin again in the future.
