The service was surprisingly good. We left our luggage with the concierge because the rooms are ready at 4 and we arrived earlier to go to the park. So when we returned from the park at around 6 our luggage was already in our room. Waoo I know. The breakfast is very assorted and great flavored stuff for all tastes and the room is almost magical. Also there is a small surprise for the little ones in the treasure box that they have to open figuring out clues. Its very nice. Only thing. They didn’t make our beds because they said if there are clothe item on top they are not allowedto touch them. Necer heard that before and I’m sure my bed didn’t have anything on top but it’s just a tiny detail. They did put extra towels, water bottles, shampoo etc.

I took my 7 yr old son here and he loved it! He’s a big LEGO fan, and he loved checking out all the different areas, especially the Ninjago area. We didn’t ride that many rides because he’s impatient and really isn’t into them, but he had a great time regardless. There’s so much cool stuff here.

If we came back, I’d definitely do that water park. It looked fun.

The most expensive park we attended, the furthest away and the biggest over rated park of all. DO NOT WASTE the money. Do not buy the all access bands, WAST OF MONEY!
Food over priced and not to good. Was really a joke of a park for the cost. COST WAS WAY TO HIGH FOR THAT PARK!! Will never go back. Seemed short staffed in organized. Email a complaint to park no return as well as we gave our opinion on our visit to the kiosk at the park no word back. The staff really didn't care and rides were broken. Only one or two people at each ride. Plus they have carnival style games that they want to charge you for when they are already over charging for the entry. We attended on March 29, 2018. Horrible will never ever go back and will not recommend anyone attend.

My family and I visited Legoland Florida on April 3, 2018 as part of our vacation plan and to our surprised we were highly disappointed with the visit.
Knowing in advance that the park is only open from 10AM-6PM , in order to save time and get full enjoyment of the park we decided to purchase the park tickets and preferred parking pass in advance to our arrival by doing it online. We thought this would make it beneficial to avoid the long lines; however that was not the case. We arrived at the park around 10AM and the lines for the parking were very long, it took us 40 mins to get to the parking ticket booth. I don’t understand why we had to wait on the same parking line as everyone else, if we already purchased the preferred parking pass. Why don’t they have separate lines for the online purchase pass? If I had to sit on the same line I should have just bought my parking pass there at the booth, what was the benefit to purchase it in advance? The price was the same so I am not even saving on the cost by an advance purchase.
Then we finally entered park and went straight for The Great Lego Race ride. Upon getting to the ride we looked to see what the wait time was and there was no information we asked an employee at the entrance to the ride and they said they were not sure how long it would be. I don’t understand why the employee’s are not familiar as to what the wait time would be. We got on line and an hour later realized the line was moving very slow but we already waited this long might as well wait it out. Waiting on line we realized Legoland does offer fast pass, so those people with fast pass are entitle to go before the standby line. Why is this not offered as an option when you purchase the tickets on line? I would have bought the fast pass if I knew it was even an option. Finally 2 hours and 15 mins later it was our turn and on the first turn my son’s headset went blank. When the ride came to an end we told the employee what happened and that my son did not get a full experience of the ride after waiting over 2 hours in line and all they could say was that was happening a lot with the headsets and nothing they can do. We could go back on line to ride it again. Really, they wanted us to wait another 2 hours in line that was the best they could do?
Then we went to The Quest for CHI on the wait time board it said 20 minutes so we got online and it was moving fairly quick at first until it stopped moving. About 40 minutes later still not moving a guest comes and tells everyone that the ride was broken and stopped. I was in total disbelief that an employee could not come out to tell the folks waiting on the line that there was a technical issue and the ride was broken.
Coming to the park I understand that there would be long wait times since it was April and many people were there during spring break. However walking around the park I realized that the lines were long everywhere but part of the reason is that not all the equipment was in use. For example the Wave Racers and the Rescue Academy have 2 sets of rides well during our visit with the lines being 45 minutes or more only one set was in use. For the Boating School, and Jr. Driving School only 4-5 boats or cars were in use. Why? The lines are long it was April and spring vacation for many people use why don’t they make the experience better by using the equipment to reduce the long wait times.
Also the staff not knowledgeable about the park or the wait times of the rides? They should be updating the wait time boards to reflect accurate times but they don’t, and if you ask them they are not sure. How is that possible in this day and age? All other theme parks are able to provide this information. We saw that the staff is more interested in chatting with each other than attending the guest and moving the lines along.
After all the planning we did to ensure our kids had a great time in Legoland we were left disappointed and had 2 very upset and disheartened children leaving the park. In 2016 we did visit Legoland Windsor and what a wonderful trip and experience that was. The friendliness and knowledge of the staff and rides all being used to reduce wait times added to the wonderful experience. When we planned to visit Legoland Florida we expected to have a similar experience since they are all the same company however that was not the case. As a parent you want your kids to have a memorable time on vacation and this was not the case especially with the rides not working and in many cases no accurate information on wait times for the rides.

Not many highlights on our first time there. Even though there was almost no crowd, the bathrooms and walkways were littered and very dirty. Food was expensive and compared to any other theme parks way below average quality. People working there all like the average Wal Mart worker, drab and wishing they were someplace else. The only good thing to come of this trip was getting the "Awesomer Pass" which got us into the Orlando Eye, Aquarium, and Wax Museum where we all had a much better time. Skip this amusement park unless you have a kid obsessed with Legos.
