I've been going here for years, and always enjoy their Cuban sandwiches.
Every time I go, there's a problem with the process: there's no line, neither for ordering nor collecting food. The fix is simple: have customers take a ticket (like any other deli), so that customers can sit down in the 20 minutes it takes before the order is taken!
Tonight's problem was slightly different. Having waited an AGE before having our order taken, the customer behind us placed her order DURING us placing our order! Did this woman think this was OK because she could speak Spanish? I speak Spanish too, but waiting in line is the same in any language. What's worse is that the one employee working there TOOK HER ORDER AHEAD OF OURS! This is the reason I give Don Pan a poor 2* rating.
Management, please work out a way to have customers place their orders in order. Is it really that hard?????
