It was the best location for myself, my one year old son and mother. Everything was within walking distance (groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, little shops) or there was the free shuttle service (just gratuity) to take you anywhere. The staff was extremely nice and even got me a room earlier than check in time because of my son. The room was very clean, comfortable and kitchenette fully stocked. The restaurants on site were great with live bands different nights. We will definitely be coming back with more friends and family!

This hotel was just what we were looking for. Not overly glitzy, just a nice beach resort with a pool and beach location. It was perfect. Our room was on the ground floor on the gulf side so all we had to do was open the door and walk out. The beach cafe was very nice for a breakfast and to get a drink and watch the sun set. Perfect location. One word of warning - the water is quite far away - long walk - but the hotel provides free chairs and free bikes. An added plus!

Room tip: Gulf facing room would be best

Hotel is located directly on the beach.
Frontdesk stuff extremly friendly and helpfull, housekiping service always available.
Great location and good restaurants nearby. 24hrs supermarket just acros the street. Clean and comfort room with two queen size beds.
Heating pool. Perfect view, nice terrace, lots of towels every day...

There is no chairs on the beach. We paid an extra for free inclusive water and we never get it during our stay... Very high price....

Room tip: Double room, third floor with terrace

On the positive our room faced the ocean with a nice patio to view the ocean. Beach chairs were included in the resort fee, one day they ran out of chairs and the front desk kindly removed the fee for the day after I complained. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the food and environment at sloppy joes.

As for the negative, the bathroom was very small. Since most of the rooms faced the ocean, that meant the door to enter the room faced the parking lot (motel style) and the busy street intersection. It was very difficult to get a good nights sleep due to the noisy traffic and the bands playing at Ricky T's across the street. I am typically a sound sleeper, but had a very rough time.

For that reason I would try a different place if we return to TI.

This facility is in the center of Treasure Island on the main road, Gulf Blvd. Restaurants, drug store, grocery store are within one or two blocks. Hotel is on the beach, which is a nice wide sandy beach, and has two pools and kayaks and stand up paddle boards for their guests. Room was cute, with a water view. This is an older facility which has been renovated. If you like being in the center of the action and don't mine the noise of the music from across the street this is a great place. If you are looking for quiet rest and relaxation, this is definitely not the place for you.

Room tip: be sure to get a room with a view of the beach and the Gulf
