We stayed in Unit 107 10/8 TO 10/25. The unit was brightly decorated very Florida style and was fabulous. The place overall was extremely clean and nice. The manager, Deborah, went out of her way to make everyone comfortable and have a great time!! She spent multiple hours daily keeping everything around the pool area, cabana, and landscape in tip top shape. The fishing docks were great and well kept. We were sad to leave this paradise and can't wait to come again next year.

We stayed there four days and enjoyed our whole stay. The pool was clean, had abundant chairs, tables and loungers and was never crowded. It was about a five minute walk to the beach and another five to the water, as it is a very deep beach. The resort has a dock behind it, in the inland waterway/bay, with facilities for cleaning fish and tying-up boats. There is a good selection of restaurants within a ten-minute walk.
Our room was an efficiency and it was efficient, with all of the necessities of home (even salt and pepper).
Late September is off-season for that part of Florida, so our rate made the place a bargain, which probably would not be available during high-season.

We were looking for a close place to get away a few times a year and this will
definately be the place. This resort is just as stated. We spent most of our time
fishing at their dock on the Intercoastal. The resort is a short walk from several
restaurants, a lounge, and some shops.

My wife and I stayed for 1 week Sept 5 thru Sept 12th. First night in room 119 above the office...Nice room... The rest of the stay was in 108 bottom floor, waterfront.. Great view.
She would go out buy the dock and catch the Dolfins playing..almost every morning.
The staff was great.. Deborah with the cute Accent was very nice and helpful.. We did some fishing off of the dock..We didn't really do very good there..but I did catch a Small
hammerhead shark the last time we stayed there..a couple of years back..
We highly recomend the Malyn, and our nect trip back that is where we will stay, Hopfully
room 108 will be available...Thanks so much Deborah for the hospitality..

We've stayed at the Malyn a number of times, and love the low key relaxed mood it offers. It's within walking distance of many restaurants, pubs, shopping and the beach. The dock is a nice place to watch the stars and the twinkling lights up and down the Intercoastal, and the tiki hut is a great hangout when you're grilling or picnicking. The condos are decorated differently in each one, we have enjoyed all we have staye in. Our most recent trip, for our 25th anniversary, was the definition of R&R - and exactly what we were looking for! Thanks to the very friendly, welcoming managers, too!
