I attended a conference here in June. The building itself is very nice, the security staff was very pleasant, and overall the convention center seems like a nice place. The issue I had with it was that all of the conference's meal were catered by the convention center and more often than not the food was inedible. Breakfast offered very little variety with scrambled eggs and bacon almost every day. The eggs were ok if you were one of the first and could get the eggs near the edge of the pan where they had fully cooked, but if you got eggs from the center of the pan they were half raw. Dinners also lacked variety with some sort of chicken four straight nights. To make matters worse, there are very few restaurants within walking distance of the convention center. There are some restaurants inside the building, but they were not operating when I was there.
