We stayed for a week at the end of July this year and had a great experience. If your looking for a nice, comfortable beach house with an amazing location, this would be a good choice. It was pretty expensive but so was everything in Seaside so I doubt you can get a much better deal for a comparable rental. It was well decorated, had all the necessities such as: a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, washing machine and dryer, cable TV, DVD player, WiFi, and an ice cold AC. My favorite was the large southern style front porch with ceiling fans. It's location is right on the strip and right across the street from the beach. It was nice to just walk to where the action was while everyone was trying to find a place to park. The place was pretty clean, and for the most part well maintained. We did have two small problems with the sink and the front door handle but they had a repairman there fast and took care of it. I would would book again without hesitation and probably not bother inquiring on other rentals. All in all, if you're not a high maintenance person, and have a healthy budget, I would recommend this to a family of up to 6 people. One word of advice; buy all your groceries from Walmart or the Publix before you settle in or you will go broke keeping your family fed. Hope this helps.
Truly shabby rental. Window coverings filthy and torn. Cabinet top and floor broken. Bedding is torn, with 1000 more washes past the throw it out stage. Furniture upholstery is beyond faded with more holes. The "2nd" floor has a child's toy furniture, totally useless for anyone over 10. The 3rd floor has a bed. Period. A bed. 3 floors down to a bathroom. As you approach the house, first thought will be "this is nasty, the inside can't be as bad". Then you open the dirty front door.
