We had not been to Sarasota and Indiginous for a few years. When we could not get a table for Saturday night, we extended our visit until Tuesday when they would again be open.
The wait was worth it. Their mushroom bisque is the best anywhere. We had their house pickled peppers, crudo and a Vietnamese style shrimp salad followed by a grapefruit sorbet. All unique in their own way and delicious.
