First we were not given the room we thought we had booked, but a room smaller than most motel rooms with one queen bed rather than two, a three by four foot "balcony" rather than the 10 by 15 shown on their site. Those rooms were "unavailable" though the place was far from booked up. (We did receive a $150 rebate from Hotels.com). Off season construction was going on outside our window, not mentioned by the resort and the room was very poorly furnished. Wood trim around the refridgerator was held to the wall with three Velcro patches. Staff was polite but not interested in hospitality.
