This was one of the best places to enjoy a Sanibel sunset and the menu was just as wonderful. Unfortunately, the dining experience is now one of the worst on the Island. From the chewy, over cooked, and very fishy octopus appetizer, to the mushy pasta and dry mahi -everything about this meal was a disappointment with a hefty price tag. Our server was lovely and very attentive, but this couldn’t make up for the bland and less than fresh seafood. The scallops, shrimp, and grouper were particularly fishy and over cooked. A sad experience in a restaurant that’s been wonderful for so many years.
