I really did enjoy this little place.. I definitely prefer the small quaint and quieter locations when it just my husband and I traveling (which we don’t do very often)
Location was FANTASTIC!!
Just a quick walk over the bridge to downtown or a very short drive to the beach.
The view was lovely as the sun went up or down.
Daily small breakfast is offered which was nice and a short social hour in the evening.
I would say great for a couples getaway not much to offer for the kids(again totally fine with us for this trip)
We would stay again ❤️

We meet Ken, He is amazing, Sue is awesome in the evening. If you need anything just ask her. Checked in Sunday afternoon just before happy hour. You do not want to miss it. The room are beautiful and VERY VERY clean. The views from your private patios is spectacular of old Saint Augustine. Just a short walk across the bridge of lion is old Saint Augustine. Loved not having to drive all week.

Very nice stay right on the water at the foot of the lions bridge in the historic city of St. Augustine! Every amenity you could ask for available and great breakfast / coffee daily! Got there too late in the evening to enjoy the happy hour which they host from 5-6:00 pm each day with wine and cheese. Only complaint I would have is the front and back porch lighting on the property kept our whole room bright as daylight during the evening - I sleep in pitch black so it was pretty uncomfortable sleep (although the bed was great!) Great walk over the bridge into town - had a great dinner and shopping - I would return there in a heartbeat!

Very nice hotel, could not have a much better location, just as the name says right on the edge of the water. Has been recently refurbished. The desk clerk actually took us to our room and showed us around. We travel a lot this was the first time ever. Everybody was very nice and free breakfast was excellent.

Room tip: Get a water view

We were welcomed by the General Manager, who stayed extra long to receive us at a late hour. Very personal approach which was greatly appreciated. Room was spacious and clean, excellent mattrass on the bed and luxurios shower. Breakfast staff very friendly and prepared a warm snack on the spot. Nice view on the lake. Would definitely book here again.
