Our second year to stay at this facility The renovated rooms are bright and crisp. Ours was clean and comfortable. Our room faced Navy Blvd and I was initially concerned about noise ~ not an issue. Although we did not cook or eat in the room, the full sized refrigerator was a major plus. Once again, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient ~ especially David and Necy, who put up with us for a second year. The housekeeping staff was responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed the bar/lounge and Catherine’s service and libations. Most important of all ~ a truly great value for the money. We hope to see you again next year!

We came to Pensacola for our daughter's graduation. It was clean. Sunday morning we left about 9am and came back about 3:30pm and our our room was not made up. We were told the front desk and they said we would have to come to the front desk to get clean towels. Housekeeping was gone for the day so their was no one to clean our room. We ask to speak with a manager the next morning. We had to phone him later that day and he final called us back and he said that he had talked with housekeeping and they said we had left the not not disturb sign on the door. We made sure we removed the sign before we left the room. So he basically called us liars and would not resolve the problem. He just kept talking and trying to smooth things over. Also the next morning they were 30 minutes late getting the breakfast out. Their was also disgusting dryer sheets falling out of the clean towels,when confronted with these two things the managers response was these things will happen.

When responding to complaints such as these it is important to get all of the facts so, a Gm may take an hour or two to pull paperwork and talk to staff that were involved in the accusations.This is true especially on a Monday morning after being off the week end. We try to live up to all of our guests expectations. Some times we don't. I am sorry if you had a bad experience. We will work harder to make improvements. We don't just accept status quo if improvements can be made.

We have listened to ALL of you and have decided to give THIS hotel an HONEST review. Before we even arrive this review is on friendliness of reservation ONLY. The room will be reviewed EACH day of our stay. So far, the staff has been INCREDIBLE with ease of reservation, accommodating and professional. Straight forward questions with friendly answers. They are in fact PET friendly, not because they have to be but because they SEEM to really enjoy them. A WONDERFUL start with less stress!! Look for the room reviews starting Saturday. Thanks guys . Very accommodating staff, especially the desk host, David Burnside. Facilities were lovely. Used to catering to groups and especially military. Rooms equipped with full kitchens. Banquet Room holds 100+. Staff was immediate in taking care needs and essentials.

I took my 14 year old daughter to Pensacola for her open water scuba class with Florida Dive Pros. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and the in room kitchenette was awesome. Many upgrades have been made to the lobby area. The bar and conference rooms are top shelf and the indoor pool and fitness area are a nice touch. The hotel isn't near the beaches but for the money can't be beat in this area. Best of all, it's 5 minutes from the dive shop. The area itself is working class neighborhoods with lots of fast food nearby like most any small city in the US. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay.
