The website I booked this hotel did not mention that there is major beach renovation going on while we were there. Upon arrival, we were disappointed that we can't even get on the beach while the picture shows the nice chaise lounges and umbrellas. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known that there were huge pipes and heavy equipment on the beach. The front desk said Wyndham had mentioned the renovation which I doubt and was not even apologetic. The parking facility is across the street and there is a walkway on the second floor that connects to the hotel. Other than the problem with the beach, please be aware that you have to buy your own groceries (which is understandable), but they don't have enough toilet paper. They provided you with one and a half roll of toilet paper for a 5 night stay.
The location of this condo was great, and the amenities were helpful on days the weather wasn't cooperating, but the customer service could of been better. The facility makes you wear wrist bands the entire time you are staying there, and have security guards everywhere checking. I didn't like the fact that you had to leave your license in order to get a cart to load your luggage up, and then on top of that they don't tell you that they don't fit in the doorway to your condo, so everything must be loaded outside.
