This hotel is just fabulous. My husband kept saying this is the best Residence we’ve stayed in having stayed in two in Miami and one in Fort Lauderdale over the past two years.

The room was fresh and clean. We had some miscommunications with service but it is COVID-19 era so patience is a must with that but anything we asked for was always provided.

The staff are very professional, helpful and genuine. We especially had a great rapport with Eboni.

I would definitely recommend it for families after our two week stay and would stay again.

We just spent 3 days at this lovely new property and enjoyed every minute. We were greeted warmly by Aliyah at the front desk and given the keys to a really nice, very comfortable suite. It was so well designed with lots of drawer and closet space, excellent work space, a very nice kitchen layout, and good lighting throughout. The beds were especially comfortable, and we both slept far better than normal when we are in a hotel. Their market area had a lot of nice foods, and we used one of their TV dinners for our first meal. We're sorry their kitchen and dining area are not open yet, but we appreciated the little breakfast bags, which were certainly adequate. They also had a very convenient office area with a computer and printer, which was very helpful, and we appreciated the warm way that Ran (at the front desk) reached out to help us. The hotel was extremely convenient to Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, which was the reason for our visit, and we will likely stay here again the next time we come over to visit Bascom Palmer. We were totally satisfied and look forward to our next visit.

After spending the last 10+ nights at this hotel, I have to say that I've been impressed the entire time by how friendly and helpful the staff have been. The hotel is spotless and I feel quite safe with the safety precautions in place. It's very well located - near groceries (Whole Foods, Publix, and Trader Joes), shopping, I-95, and more. The pool is large with lots of available seating and towels. I travel quite a bit for work and this is my favorite Residence Inn location.

Room tip: The king room option provides a lot of space

As regular visitors to Palm Beach Gardens, and Gold Bonvoy members, we were very much looking forward to our first visit to the new Residence Inn. Our past stays in this Marriott brand have been uniformly wonderful. This property has that potential, but they are nowhere near that level now. Perhaps our next visit will show what this property is capable of being. We selected this hotel because we wanted a comfortable place after my long medical appointment, followed by my wife’s eye surgery. I requested a low floor, and early check in on the Bonvoy App. We reserved a King Suite. We were pleased to see the hotel offered electrical vehicle charging stations, as we drive a plug-in hybrid. And they suggested, a fully equipped kitchen in the unit. We arrived at the hotel at 2 P.M. (admittedly ahead of the 3 P.M. check-in time). No electric charging station (first website error). We were told there were no suites then available, but they would check when our room might be ready. We sat in the lovely lobby and had to laugh when we noted that some of the items on the shelves still had price tags, At 2:55 we checked and were told it would be another 30 minutes. We were then offered a Studio King, and were told it was like a King Suite but without a bedroom separated by a door. Well into a long day, we took it. We arrived at the room, which was lovely despite several design quirks. No toaster or oven as teh website suggested (pictures attached). And we learned the website was woefully wrong. The hotel amenities list on the Bonvoy site indicated a kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, table and chairs. The “table” in a Studio King is two stool chairs pulled up to an extended countertop. And don’t try to open the refrigerator door while the dishwasher door is open, can’t be done the way things are located. The bathroom was bright and new, but we noticed that there was no toilet paper holder, the roll of paper was sitting atop the tank. You might think someone in housekeeping might have noticed that oddity. After twice being disconnected while speaking to the desk, I went down and the Hotel Engineer arrived and installed a toilet paper holder. I noticed that the outlet in the GFI outlet was poorly installed as well. When we went to rinse out a bottle we brought we found there was no dish detergent, so it was another trip to the lobby. So as I write this in a room only marginally larger than a standard room at the nearby Marriott Hotel, I wonder if we should have waited until the hotel was “ready for prime time.”

Room tip: Don't settle for less than you booked, or you will be disappointed.

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Residence Inn Palm Beach Gardens and providing your honest feedback.

Providing the highest level of hospitality is our number one priority and we sincerely apologize for falling short of meeting your expectations. As a teachable moment, we have shared your feedback with the appropriate hotel team to ensure the necessary guidelines are in place to prevent these issues from occurring in the future.

As a brand new hotel, 43 days old, removing price tags are also part of the kinks we are working through just as you would any new build projects. I do hope you will give us another chance to host you again so you may experience us past our ramp up period. Call me, Liz Oliver, personally!

Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us during these unusual times.

Sincerely,
Liz Oliver

Stayed only a few weeks after this property opened. The hotel is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Our suite had a large kitchen, comfortable seating area. The bed / sleeping area was not in a separate room, very comfortable. Large bathroom and separate area with mirror / counter. This would be a great place to stay if you were working away from home and needed a temporary residence. We will definitely consider again when driving from Ocala to the FL Keys.
