We had the pleasure of staying at this awesome farm 5 nights and had a great time. The lodge is great and has everything you need. The owner is so nice and Tom (kyak guide) took us on an amazing tour of the St. Johns river. If you are thinking about Daytona or Orlando, this is a great place to stay close to both but out in the country.
My partner and I planned a camping trip but it was supposed to rain, so last minute we booked a small cabin at this ranch/farm. The owners were super inviting and everyone was friendly and courteous - including gay-friendly! We spent my bday making breakfast and checking out the farm animals and then went to Blue Springs State Park, only 30 minutes away, and swam in a natural spring. The cabin was a little hot during the day, but it's my luck my birthday falls at the height of summer in florida. The nights were still cool. Next time we go (and we'll definitely go again) we'll stay in one of the rooms in the the main house.
