It pains me not to give this Disney Park all five stars! However, my experience there this past weekend was not five-star worthy.

From entering the park to boarding the rides, the staff here were not very friendly. At one point we were in line for the Rockin' Rollercoaster and my friends name came up on one of the screens which we thought was super cool... until the worker YELLED at us to "hurry up and move along". I don't know but that's not how I remember Disney workers to be.

Besides the lack of excellence in customer service, we had a wonderful time. You can never really go wrong with Disney.

So last time we visited they had just closed down about half the park to start construction on the Star Wars area. Now they have also added construction for the Toy Story area there’s even more of a pinch but they still have packed a lot into it. Definitely worth a full day. My favorite absolute favorite place to eat is here at 50s prime time diner.

We came the week of Spring Break with kids ranging from 5 to 14. There is a wide variety of things to do for both the post kids and my youngest. As expected the park was very busy and the waits were so long that we couldn’t do much more than what we had fast passes for. We did get in to see Kylo Ren without a fast pass or long wait and he was scary. Everything in the park was clean. We stayed in a Disney hotel and the bus transportation was great but often times the buses were very crowded.

Skip it. Seriously. There are 2 non Star Wars rides. Star Wars fans could spend a few hours here as a park hopper. The experiences are ok, not awesome. The 3 d ride is ok if you have just a 30 min. wait. On high vacation times there are several hours long lines for the good rides. Wait times are way too low for the actual time in line. For example on a 79 minute wait it consistently said 55 minutes. This park not worth the 8 hours we spent here. I hate that we wasted the day here because it could have been better spent elsewhere, like at our hotel. Or napping. Or playing in another park. Or going to another day at Universal. Or SeaWorld. 15 or 20 cast pass people to 8 standby. So frustrating to stand in line for so long for pretty boring rides or shows. The teens in our school group were quite disappointed and frustrated. They were very ready to go. Skip this park if you see any wait time over 30 min because it isn't worth the wait.
