Went for dinner on Saturday evening and had a great meal of the fried shrimp and my wife had the blacken catfish. Tried the conch fritters on our servers recommendation and they were very good and so was the dipping sauce. Expanded beers on tap and the great servers are another reason to visit Parson's. Very happy to see the original owners, servers, and menu are back.
