Really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Peaceful location, with easy access to the likes of 5th and 3rd, as well as the beach. Also close enough to I 75 to explore elsewhere.
24 hour security. The whole development was spotless and well maintained.
Loved that the pool was not overlooked at all, some nice touches in the Villa such as an electric kettle which you don't always get. Villa was very clean and well equipped.
Beautiful home on a fantastic private, secure and guarded estate. From the moment we arrived we fell in love with this home and immediately felt at home. The house is located on a quiet but neighbourhly estate which is gated. Both the house and estate are immaculate and the photos of the house are very representative.
After a long flight and then drive from Fort Lauderdale, we arrived to a nicely air con cooled house and a crisp bottle of white wine which was greatly appreciated.
The house has everything you would want. It's very spacious, has two good size bathrooms and 3 good size bedrooms. Accommodating six would be very easy. There is cable tv (with multi room functionality) in each room and the wi-if is very good.
The house is beautifully decorated and furnished and good luck trying to stay awake on that sofa after a hard day on the beach!
The pool area is very private which combines nicely in the evening with a nice barbecue area which leads to the lounge area via sliding doors across the whole of the back of the lounge.
The house is an easy 10-15 drive to the beach and 5th Avenue with supermarkets and shops a few minutes drive. It's location is ideal for access to the interstate 75 or US 41, but not too close.
Not long into our stay we noticed that gas had ran out on the barbecue. We emailed the owner and before we'd returned from the beach that day it had been replenished with a confirmation email sent.
We loved Naples and we loved this property. Indeed we'd often find excuses to stay in of an evening.
During the second week of our stay, Hurricane Irma, one of the worst storms in decades hit the Caribbean and then made landfall in Naples on a Sunday, the day after we were due to leave. On the Tuesday before, the owner visited us personally to alert us to this and how the situation could develop. On the Thursday, British Airways cancelled our flight (due to leave on the Saturday). The owner visited us again to update us on the storm development just as I was on the phone understanding our options. The state governor had already advised people to evacuate the state such was the severity of the situation. The owner, hearing of our flight situation, very kindly gave us the option of staying in the house to sit out the storm until the airport re-opened and the flights resumed.
As we had the option to take a flight from Atlanta, we took the option to leave. We were upset to leave but so grateful to the owners for their kind offer. Moreover, without even mentioning it the owner kindly refunded us with the cost of the two nights we were not there. This was very fair and so greatly appreciated as we then had to fund hotel rooms, fuel and the like to get to Atlanta.
I can't recommend this property and the service from the owners enough. I almost don't want to say too much because I don't want you to book it when we want to return next time. When we do return, there will only be one place I want to stay!
