We arrived at the city docks on a Sunday with another boat and were looking for some dinner. There wasn't much nearby so we started walking to Joey's. At first it looked closed or out of business- no cars, couldn't see any lights, stuff piled in the windows. Our friend tried the door and it was open! Nobody else around! The place is deceiving because there are remnants from an ice cream shop and maybe even a deli counter. Two young men were working. It seemed a little "sketchy", but it was clean and we were hungry. We had "the beast", a pizza with too many toppings to list. It was very good and came out rather quickly. Our server, Dominic, was a polite young man. Under different circumstances we would have gone by, but we were glad we stopped.
