Okay so Ocean’s 10 appears to be like any other restaurant/bar on the strip, they have greeters outside encouraging you to come in. There were lots of people in there and we saw large pretty drinks and hookah, so we went for it. We ordered a smoky mezcal drink—that was our first mistake because that drink was horrendous. Taste like a barbecued toe. Next, the hookah was terrible; it wouldn’t pull, and you couldn’t taste any flavor. Did I mention it was $72 for hookah alone? SEVENTY-TWO DOLLARS. I get this was Caribbean Carnival/BET awards weekend but honestly, we got amazing hookah at Voodoo next door and it was $30 and AMAZING, so Ocean’s 10 has no excuse. We called someone over to fix the hookah, which they did (sort of) it pulled for 3 minutes then went back to extinction. I wasn’t going to exhaust my lungs to get that thing to work so we took a loss there. Finally, we ordered food, a $42 mixed appetizer. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t best. The mozzarella sticks, and wings were comparable to Fridays, and the tenders and the calamari was just blah. To end on a good note, the service was good. Everything came out quickly, the host was nice and attentive, and the other staff tried to fix our hookah. Overall, I would not recommend, and you are better off going to Voodoo which is cheaper, better, and has a rooftop.
