Everything is around this hotel, parking as well. Many options. It's a basic hotel, and it you don't spend a lot of time there besides when you need to rest then it's perfect. Could not seem to experience good tv there though.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed our comfortable beds and stellar location. We have been working on the tv signal and have since been able to add more channels as well as enhance the reception. We look forward to showing it off to you on your next visit to South Beach!

What a lovely hotel, clean tidy, staff so friendly! But in reality this hotel is all about location! Sits nicely on collins avenue just a short walk from the beach and ocean drive with the shops of lincoln rd one block away! A little gem, rooms really nice and a nice little pool open late for a refreshing dip after the Miami heat!

For a hotel boutique that doesn't have a restaurant this is the best hotel I've staid in:
- super comfortable: there is a lot of space in the room, bed and pillows are super comfortable, bathroom is a bit small but that's ok
- clean
- employees are very nice
- perfect location: 1 block away from south beach, main bus that will take you to MIA airport costs around $1.5-2 and you can take it across the street. That same bus can take you from MIA airport to the hotel when you arrive in miami
- great price

It looks nothing from the outside, but once inside the lobby/bar you get a sense of the place. The decor is cool and boutique, facilities good and rooms comfortable.
As it is only two minutes from the beach, the hotel even supplied beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The location makes it excellent for visiting bars and restaurants but isn't in the middle of the noise.
EVERY member of staff was outstanding. The hotel is small enough that you are recognised after a day and they are happy to share recommendations for places to eat or trips to go on. Nothing was too much trouble.
The small pool area is lovely though with limited seating and it gets really, really hot. There is a nice shady area for an afternoon sleep. Drinks from the bar can be served by the pool, especially good for the inexpensive cocktails during happy hour.
Breakfast is small but fresh pastry, fruit and coffee are just enough to start the day.
The only negative was really poor Wi-Fi. We were trying to check in for flights and it got really frustrating. Please don't let that put you off though. The place is a gem.

Room Tip: High up always wins
